Burial Notes: THE COLUMBUS PACKETT WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2008 Clyde W. Jones Clyde Warren Jones, 89, passed away Monday, December 1, 2008 at Thomas Hospital in Fairhope, AL. Funeral services will be at Scooba United Methodist Church on Wednesday, December 3, at 11.00 am with the Rev. Don Acton, the Rev. Sam Hull & the Rev. Bill Betts. The body will lie in state one hour prior to service. There will also be a graveside service at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Lewiston, AL at 1:00 pm. Skelton Funeral Home of Reform handled the arrangements. Mrs. Jones was born December 18, 1918, in Kemper Co., MS to the late Marcus Clyde "Buck" Warren & Birdie Lanier Warren. She was a member of Pleasant Hill Cumberland Presbyterian Church for 40 years before moving her membership to Scooba United Methodist Church. She was employed by the Greene Co. School System in food service & was a former president of AL School Food Service. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her husband- Percy Eugene Jones; & 3 brothers- Marcus Warren, Cliff Warren & Ed Warren. She is survived by her daughters-Marjorie Thompson (Jim) of Fairhope, AL & Patricia Banks (Bubba) of Macon; sisters- Mamie Cochran of Scooba & Kathryne Ray of Philadelphia; sisters-in-law- Judy Jones Heritage, Emily Star Upchurch & Louise Warren; ten grandchildren- Paige Guin, Tandra Morrison, Hope Cassebaum, Damon Aust, Boykin Thompson, Kathy McMillan, Ty Banks, Johnathan Banks, Sherron Ingram & Sam Pasco; fifteen greatgrandchildren & a number of nieces & nephews. Pallbearers were Damon Aust, Ty Banks, Johnathan Banks, Todd Cassebaum, Bryon Wilburn & Jason Guin. The Columbus Packet, P.O.
