Burial Notes: Mazina is wife of William Wyatt Hales the twin of Wylie Hales. He died November 24 (or 20 per Captain Samuel W. McAliley), 1862 at Knoxville, Tennessee during the Civil War. He was in the 43rd ALA Regiment, Co. C. His enlistment date was March 25, 1862 and his age at that time was 27. He enlisted in Clinton under Captain Y. M. Moody as a married resident of Mt. Hebron, Greene Co., AL.
