First surviving child of Henry G. Jones and Sarah Kennedy. Her father, mother & brother (never married) Thomas Kennedy Jones are all buried at Pleasant Ridge Cemetery in Pleasant Ridge; her sister Mary E. Poynor is buried at Mesopotamia in Eutaw.
