Ecclesiastes 12.6 ... and the water wheel is broken at the cistern.

Wheel

Eternity, continuation and progress. A broken wheel symbolizes a finished journey. A wheel may also represent Buddhism or industry such as automotive.

Some Buddhist headstones are marked with a wheel symbol called the Buddhist Wheel of Righteousness or Wheel of Dharma. It is also translated as a wheel of doctrine or Wheel of Law. Also, from Ecclesiastes 12.6 Remember your Creator before the silver cord is snapped, the golden bowl is broken, the pitcher is smashed near the spring, and the water wheel is broken at the cistern.
