Know all men by these present that we Richard M. Wright and Mary Wright his wife for and in consideration of the sum of _____ hundred seventy five dollars to us in hand paid by Greene W. Grant have given, granted, bargained and sold and by these present do give grant bargain sell convey in fee simple & deliver unto said Greene W. Grant the north east quarter of twenty nine, township twenty range 3 East containing one hundred sixty acres more or less.

To have and to hold ____ the same together with all and singular the appurtenances tenements _______ therewith belonging which said ____ of land is more ______ ______ to ______ in the county aforesaid and in the district of land sold at St. Stephens and sold and made ____ to Polly Hargrave and _______ to said Richard M. Wright by Will a true and perfect title in fee simple unto the said Greene W. Grant his heirs and assigns we bind ourselves our heirs ___ to warrant ______ _______
