Berry Land Will

Know all men by these Presents that I Berry Land of the County & State aforesaid
being weak in body, but of sound mind & disposing memory, thanks be to God for
his unspeakable gift, do think proper this day, being the twenty fifth of August
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty, to make publish &
declare this my last will & testament in manner & form following viz It is my
will & desire that my Exec. hereinafter named, shall sell so much of my property
or collect money now due me as will settle all my just debts as soon as
possible, after which my will & desire is that the amount of the monies due me
in notes & accounts be equally divided between my brothers & sisters viz Mary
Bostick, Littleton Land, John Land, Dorcas Castles, Nancy Hill, Francis Land &
Jane Land to them & their assigns forever. Lastly I nominate, constitute &
appoint my worthy friend Charles Bostick sole execs, of this my last will &
testament revoking all other will or wills heretofore by me made ratifying &
confirming this & no other to be my last will & testament.
Signed sealed & delivered by the testator.
N.B. I desire is that horse & saddle sold & the money be brings be divided as
above.
