A Company of Infantry or Mounted Infantry must consist of at least Sixty-four Privates.
Companies raised under the Acts of Congress of 21st August, 1861, will not be considered in
actual service for the purpose of receiving pay and subsistence, except when called for by the President.
They will not be called for until a necessity arises of service, and serve only so long as the emergency
requires, and return again to their homes, and remain until again called out.
The will not be required to go beyond the limits of the State.
I certify on honor that this muster roll shows the whole number and true condition, at this date, of
Captina ___________________Company, Ala.Vols., raised and organized into service for local defense, under the call of the governor to serve within
the county of Greene date of muster; and that te remarks set opposite the name
of any officer or soldier are correct.
