of the American Revolution placed an official NSDAR marker on Charles and
his wife Mary's graves. They are buried in the family cemetery, known as the
Grassland cemetery on Mesopotamia Street in Eutaw. The Grassdale plantation
is on the
National Register of Historic Places. |
